Submission of Articles
Authors are invited to submit their papers as per the IRJMT paper template. Submissions must be original and should not be published previously in any journal or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this journal.
Author Guidelines for Paper Submission and Publication Process
Step 1: Download Sample Paper Format from our website (www.mapletreejournals.com) and prepare your paper according to that in .doc or .docx format.
Step 2: Author should register in our web portal (www.mapletreejournals.com) and submit the paper.
Step 3: Editor shall check the paper and send to reviewer panel.
Step 4: Reviewer shall evaluate the paper and send their views (Accepted/Modification required/Rejected) to editor.
Step 5: Editorial board members will notify to author immediately. (For Accepted papers skip step 6&7)
Step 6: For Modification required paper, author should modify/ rework/revise the paper and resubmit the final paper in .doc or .docx format through registered web portal.
Step 7: If the modified/ reworked/revised one would satisfy the reviewer point, it will be accepted for publications.
Step 8: If your paper is accepted, download copyright form in our website (www.mapletreejournals.com) and take hardcopy printout. Finally fill necessary details in the copyright form and send scanned copy form through email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Step 9: For accepted paper author, Pay Manuscript Publication processing Fee ₹1000/- (Indian Authors only), for others $15 immediately.
Step 10: Editorial board members will publish the registered final version of your high-quality final paper via online and it will be an open access to the society.
Optional: Hard copy of certificates charges Rs.100 per certificate
Scanned copy of Payment receipt/ Snapshot of Payment receipt and Your Complete Postal Address should be mailed to editor. email us on: email@example.com

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
IRJMT is committed to ensure robust peer review and ethical standards in publication and quality of articles. It requires continuous work, responsibility, liability and collaboration from all involved parties: authors, reviewers, editorial board members, editor and chief editor.
The chief editor/ editors has the responsibility of keeping/monitoring the publishing ethics and maintains the academic record. Also upholds Publication Decisions & Accountability, Confidentiality of contents & source.
The Editorial Board assumes their responsibility on verifying the articles of fraudulent data or plagiarism. Also mentoring the reviewer team.
The reviewer team goal is to maintain the publication at the highest publication standards, implying: good quality, original, research based articles, but also corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies, if needed. We appreciate the contributions of every involved party to the work that we publish. Also assistance to Editors.
Role and responsibility of Authors: submit plagiarism free high quality original and unpublished article. Ensure that the submitted article has not been considered for publication elsewhere. Also accept to resubmit editors/reviewers recommendations.
Plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work and presenting it as original research without proper citation. IRJAT follows a strong plagiarism policy. It ensures that very nominal (below 10% similarity) part of paper is plagiarized from other sources and proper reference/citation is provided for all contents extracted from other sources. If, evidence of plagiarism is found before/after acceptance or after publication of the paper, the author will be offered a chance for denial. The respective author should take care of the other legal activities related to it.
All the submitted papers should pass an initial screening and will be checked through the Advanced Plagiarism Detection Software.
